Snapy.ai provides an AI-powered video editing and content transformation platform. By using our Service, you agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

• Not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service

Our Service allows you to upload, edit, transform, and share video content ("Content"). You retain all rights to your Content, subject to the licenses granted below.

By uploading Content to the Service, you grant Snapy.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and process the Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the Content you upload
• The Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party
• The Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

Some aspects of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to the Service, you agree:

• To pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• That your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it
• That we may change subscription fees upon notice

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

In no event shall Snapy.ai, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
