Cancellation of Subscription

 

Subscribers can cancel anytime by accessing their account settings on our platform or by reaching out to our customer support team via email at support@snapy.ai. On receiving your request, we'll process it promptly, halting future billings.

 

Remember: canceling doesn't equate to an immediate refund for unused portions of your subscription term. You'll retain access to Snapy.ai features until your current billing cycle's end.

For avoiding future payments, users are advised to cancel their subscriptions if they do not wish to continue into the next billing cycle.

 

Refund Policy

We extend a money-back guarantee for users unsatisfied with our service, provided they've utilized less than 30% of the service. Beyond 30% usage, refunds will not be entertained.

 

For refunds, reach out within 7 days of your initial purchase. To process, email our support team at support@snapy.ai with:

• Your complete name

• Registration email address

• Purchase date

 

Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days, reverting to the original mode of payment used during purchase.

 

Exceptions

 

Refunds may be denied under these circumstances:

• Violations of our Terms of Service or detected fraudulent activity.

• Prior refund requests for the same product.

• Passage of more than 7 days since the original purchase.
